The first thing you notice when you visit Ho Chi Min City (Saigon) are the motorbikes or motos as they are known locally. Vietnamese society seems to thrive on motos. There are over 16 million registered motocycles in Vietnam with the biggest concentration in Saigon. It's the moto capital of Vietnam.
