Cambodia - Stung Meanchey

Stung Meanchey is a large garbage dump on the outskirts of Phnom Pehn in Cambodia. Every day hundreds of people scavenge through the daily refuse looking for things to sell and recycle. This story highlighted the human and environmental impact of unregulated garbage dumps. Several local NGOs offer a range of support and assistance. For contact details see links.
